I teach ballet every Thursday from 12-1.15pm. Intermediate class on ZOOM.
The class is for anyone with some experience and we do a 40 minute barre, a few exercises in the center with some strength and stretching at the end.
I also teach a Ballet class I call EASY TUESDAY BALLET, Tuesdays from 4-5pm.
This class is a basic class with barre and stretch/strength exercises.

Both classes are for teens/adults and ongoing all year round. Drop in any time. I have a small group of great students and I always love to see new faces. Donations appreciated.
